We do not sell, rent, or transfer your consent to receive SMS from FutureLot. A builder’s payment does not grant that builder permission to use your FutureLot SMS consent.

Information Shared with Our Builders / Real Estate Pros
We may share certain search activity with our builder partners so they can provide relevant property or building information. This may include sending brochures or mailers to the address associated with your property search. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting us.
When you request and confirm a builder match, you authorize FutureLot to share your name, email address, phone number, property address, and the project details you submitted with up to three matched builders. This enables those builders to respond to your request, discuss your project, and provide information or quotes.
This authorization is separate from the optional consent to receive a confirmation text from FutureLot. Selecting the SMS checkbox does not authorize sharing your information with builders. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from confirming your builder-match request by email.
Your consent to receive SMS from FutureLot is not transferred to builders and does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages from them.

FutureLot Builder-Match Confirmation SMS
Homeowners may request one non-marketing confirmation text from FutureLot by actively selecting a separate, optional SMS checkbox at https://futurelot.com/builder-match. The checkbox is unchecked by default. This campaign uses web-form opt-in only.
The text contains a FutureLot link to confirm the homeowner’s builder-match request. SMS consent is not required to use FutureLot, request a builder match, make a purchase, or complete a transaction. Homeowners may confirm by email instead.
Message frequency is one confirmation SMS per opted-in builder-match request. We may also send automated responses to HELP, STOP, or reactivation requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive an opt-out confirmation, and further program messages will stop. Reply HELP for help, or email info@futurelot.com
We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to builders or used to authorize messages from other companies. Service providers that deliver and administer our SMS program may process the information necessary to provide those services on our behalf.
Authorization to share a confirmed builder-match request is separate from SMS consent. As described in “Information Shared with Our Builders / Real Estate Pros,” FutureLot may share authorized contact and project information with up to three matched builders so they can respond to the homeowner’s request. This does not transfer FutureLot SMS consent or authorize builder marketing texts.
