FutureLot just rolled out a set of updates designed to help builders and dealers communicate feasibility more clearly and move faster with homeowners. Here's what's new.
Floor plan photos
You can now attach photos directly to each floor plan in the platform. Even better, both the floor plan and photos can be included together in your Pre-Feasibility PDF Report, giving your client a more visual, polished deliverable at the end of every consultation.
Screen capture
Need to share what you're looking at in the app? The new screen capture tool lets you grab exactly what's on your screen and use it instantly. Copy it to your clipboard and paste it wherever you need it, or download it as an image file. It's a fast, friction-free way to share project context with clients or collaborators without leaving the workflow.
Google Street View inside the app
You can now open Google Street View directly within FutureLot to get a ground-level look at the property and its surroundings, without switching tabs or leaving your workflow. Find it inside the Map Layers panel.
More site elements and utility icons
FutureLot also expanded the content library to help you model sites with greater accuracy. Two new utility icons have been added: Septic and Private Well. The Site Elements library now includes sheds, pools, steps/decks, artificial turf, and more, giving you more tools to represent the full picture of a property.
These updates are built around a simple goal: less time explaining, more time closing. If you haven't explored the new features yet, log in and take them for a spin.
