FutureLot now lets you generate realistic AI visualizations of your proposed project, helping homeowners see how their property could look after construction.
Whether you're planning an ADU, home addition, new home, or another project, you can turn your proposed layout into a bird's-eye rendering of the property.
This makes it easier for homeowners to picture the finished project, understand how it relates to their existing home and surroundings, and provide feedback before investing in detailed design.
How to Generate a Visualization
- Design your project. Open a property in FutureLot, select your project type, and place your proposed building on the lot.
- Generate the image. Open the image options menu and select Visualize Your Future Lot.
- Compare before and after. FutureLot uses AI to generate a realistic aerial visualization of the property with your proposed project. Use the Compare view to see the existing property alongside the AI-generated result.
- Download or share. Download the visualization as a PNG image or include it in your Pre-Feasibility Report to share with the homeowner.
Help Homeowners See What's Possible
A site plan shows where a proposed building fits on the property, but it can be difficult for homeowners to imagine what that will actually look like.
With AI visualization, you can show a homeowner how a proposed ADU might look in their backyard or how an addition could change the appearance of their home.
You can also experiment with different layouts and generate visualizations to help compare options.
Keep in mind: These are AI-generated conceptual illustrations, not architectural renderings. Details such as building appearance, dimensions, and surrounding features may not accurately reflect the final design. Use the visualization to communicate ideas, not to verify measurements or construction feasibility.
Combined with FutureLot's zoning analysis and site planning tools, visualizations give you another way to help homeowners understand their options and move forward with their projects.
